...with Putin (Is he really the richest man in the world? How could he have got so rich while being a political leader?) and his oligarchs as the most likely beneficiaries. Of course the US elected officials in the incoming administration and their oligarchs will also be beneficiaries, as will their Chinese counterparts. Money will change hands, some of the global elites will lose, but most likely money will continue to shift from one group of global elites to another. Same as it ever was.

What the world can be sure of is regardless who ends out on top the world's weapons makers will continue to benefit. Same as it ever was.
