Meisa is never not looking good.

Her daughter's name is Tina.

She's trying her best to look tall. Is she standing on tip toes or wearing 5 inch heels?

He has good reason to be smiling.

This is a good film - they do a lot with a standard plot, and I enjoyed it.

Brazilian/American father, Japanese mother. I have a special place in my heart for the Brazilian/Japanese combination.

Please note that her father was, in fact, Japanese-Panamanian

Meisa Kuroki appears or contributes to the film in what capacity?

A promotional capacity.

Rated E, for eye-candy. And I feel like the kid in the eye-candyshop.

I wanna watch the movie! Really interesting trailer, especially that scene at the cafe.

That is one good looking couple.

Meisa Kuroki is not in Silver Linings Playbook

So what is she doing with Bradley? What's the purpose of her promoting a movie she's not a part of? Shouldn't Jennifer Lawrence be doing the promoting instead of Meisa-san?

It is common practice for Japanese celebrities to make an appearance at news conferences and other events with visiting movie stars promoting their films. Their presence ensures that more Japanese media will attend.

For some reason, what strikes me most is the gloating "look what I've got here!" expression on her face, and the slightly puzzled "they pay me for this?" expression on his.

So Bradley's arm is...well...just because? I mean, they weren't starring together. Guess he couldn't help himself get his paws on such a hot lady - can't blame him, eh! Can you believe she has popped out a kid and still looks like that.

"Looking Good" is an understatement for Meisa!!!

For some reason, what strikes me most is the gloating "look what I've got here!" expression on her face, and the slightly puzzled "they pay me for this?" expression on his.

It's the "I'm a professional and it is my job to appear alluring at this gig" expression paired with the "I cant believe I just spent 12 hours flying here - I'm freaking TIRED!" expression.

That said, I've heard the movie is pretty good. The mod nailed it as far as why she's in the shot when she doesn't have any part in the movie. You need some "local" talent to help raise interest when yet another Hollywood actor flies over for a publicity junket. Otherwise after about the 10th actor paying a visit, reporters would be yawning just like the actors are trying NOT to do. Just because the actor(s) fly to Japan doesn't mean the movie will be good so after a while the incentive to cover the actors would diminish.

Curious, why is she standing right against that wall? BTW, nice legs and nice shoes...
