wouldn't it be easier if they just dropped their arms to their sides and held hands that way naturally??

With the notable exception of Suu Kyi, there are some really dodgy old men in this picture masquerading as leaders. A real rogues gallery.

G7, G20, ASEAN, OPEC, OECD, BLA, BLA, ironic how these guys say we need to cooperate more, but found organizations that exclude the rest of the world.

Gang is right. also odd that Japan is part of ASEAN but (say) Korea is not. What about Oz also? Has more in common with ASEAN than Japan.

https://youtu.be/VskG7LmwdLE?t=15s Suu Kyi is pretty scary in her own right. In her own words she is above the president, and you can infer from the following statement that she sees the constitution as below her as well.

Something tells me you don't really know all that much about each leader you denounce. But after all they're dodgy (aka asian) men so they must be scum by default right? S-xpat superiority complex in asia never ceases to be funny.

Wakarimasen, Japan is not part of asean, that's why they call it the 'asean - Japan summit' i.e asean members have invited Japan as 'special guests' (sort of). Might be SK, oz or China next time.

At least half - if not more - of these "leaders" are not democratically elected - Communist "People's Revolutionary Party" leaders, those just out of military uniform, coup leaders, absolute monarchs in Shariah-law states, those running death squads...and one in particular with an obsession for attempting undemocratic constitiutional change. There are not many friends of democracy here, and calling them out as such is not labelling them "scum" because they "are asian". Do some research, please.

The person who CAN hold her head high as having advanced freedom in this region is on the far left of the photo, next to the rogues gallery.
