I've been on the floor of that exchange. Not to trade; there haven't been hand-signaling floor brokers in almost 20 years -- financial firms host events and show off their software and products there. Wouldn't complain in the least if we had guests like these!

Ah, I see some people have a sense of humour bypass today.

Most if not all of them are not aware they wield more power than those brokers on the floor but sadly in Japan... unless those guys look up from their work, those girls are are just background decorations much like you see in public areas, neither here nor there.
