If you haven’t made plans for a way to ring in the new year yet, there’s an unforgettable night, high in the sky, up on the 41st floor of the Park Hyatt Tokyo in Shinjuku. It will be the Peak Bar’s New Year’s Eve countdown party. As you may remember, Peak Bar was one of the many sets for the movie "Lost in Translation" starring Bill Murray.
Those who choose to attend will experience lively musical performances with three unique Japanese artists who are highly respected across the globe in their respective genres: DJ SARASA, Tokyo’s finest international, electric crossover artist; DJ KAWASAKI, Japan’s most renowned soulful house DJ; and the MC for the evening will be MC SHACHO, frontman of the internationally acclaimed jazz sextet SOIL & PIMP SESSIONS.
The evening will also include free flowing, unlimited champagne, cocktails and delicious light canapes, all while enjoying picturesque panoramic night views of the glittering Tokyo city lights from the 41st floor atrium.

Dear JT, I would like to make an editorial offer. Could you please give me a weekly spot on JT called the Tigers Show, where I will promote restaurants, events, bars etc for the majority of working people in Japan. You know, like under Y15,000 a ticket for a New Years party and restaurants that are less than Y10,000 per head and not neccessarily in Roppongi Hills. I am confident that my spot will be far more popular and far more relevant than the current spot aimed at your average Oiligarch.
