Now until the end of this month, the stylish BLT restaurant in Izumi Gardens (Roppongi 1-chome) is celebrating their Hawaii Fair with all kinds of delicious creations from Hawaii, like garlic shrimp, baby back ribs and all your favorite tropical cocktails and beers from Hawaii.
Of course, all their signature gourmet steaks are always available as well as their newly introduced 260-gram Double Cheeseburger Burger which is available during lunch time and happy hour.
BLT, stands for Bistro Laurent Tuorondel, and they opened their first store in New York in 2004 and they are now developing their brand to number about 30 stores. Among them are their two restaurants in Tokyo (Ginza and Roppongi) and two restaurants in Waikiki in Trump International Hotel and the all new Ritz Carlton Waikiki Beach.
In this brief interview, we’re talking with the Executive Director, Ms Yuriko Namiki, GM Atsu Aoyagi and Head Chef Koutaro Habuchi.
