The Kong Show takes a look at Asia's unknown artists

In this short video you’ll see some of the art and artists from the second annual UNKNOWN ASIA ART EXCHANGE OSAKA 2016 art exhibit which was held this past weekend (Sept 30 through Oct 2) under the Ritz-Carlton Hotel at Herbis Hall, Osaka.

Last year, the first time the event was held, there were 120 participants. This year that number grew to more than 160 next-generation creators or unknown artists who flew in from all over Asia, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

More than 5,000 visitors came out to view the art, talk with artists, purchase art that caught their eye and take pictures of the art and artists.

Our iPhone video contains samples of some of the various forms of art that was on display which included graphic design, paintings, drawings, photography, illustrations, fashion, sculpts and videos.

Considering the overwhelming success of the first two years, sponsors are lining up and organizers are already planning for next year's event. For more information, watch the video and check one of the links below.
