The "Independent Journal Review" mentioned in the article still has no coverage of Tillerson's trip. I have seen no coverage in Japanese TV news either. Has anyone seen anything? Maybe nobody cares.

It's just a shame that the direct cause of most of the recent tensions is Trump himself. In any case, Japan needs this trip and this talk because they are right to be nervous -- Japan is a priority target for NK, probably first on the list ahead of SK. And did you notice there hasn't been a single peep from the anti-base crowd down south since NK started firing missiles into Japanese waters, and China has resumed building things on the artificial islands?
