Rage becoz..... the govt didnt offer a big enough payoff for killing them of course. He wanted to save them for what? Tasty Burgers?

The cattle were raised for Wagyu beef for $13000/head. Mr Yoshizawa negotiated with scientist that cattle would be used for study of the effects of the radiation, but the government denied the study.
