With the ever-present sexism in Japanese government, business, sports, entertainment, etc., it's a sad truth that many women just accept sexism

Yeah, it starts with using your head and realizing that women are treated as second class citizens, and have very little upward mobility, especially in Japan. So how about stop "considering" changing the policy and just CHANGE IT ALREADY
