Cut the Sunwolves (sorry Japanese fans but not good enough), Rebels and Southern Kings. Back to 15. May need a second Argentinian team in the future. Make a small second league with a chance for promotion.

Agree, Rebels should go before the Force, Kings also need to go, Sunwolves should be playing the best Japanese players available or get out of the competition. They are driving TV audiences away with their crap preparation and having sub standard players playing for the "experience". JRFU is a geriatric joke.
