Yeah, right. It would mean Ishihara would accuse the other nations of bribing officials, then say he's up for a 2024 bid the next day.

****japan i think is now better prepared for these games then 2016. The area in tokyo where the 2016 games would have been held is an ideal backdrop. Providing they dont charge silly money for admittance to the events, the japanese economy should pick up especially with the sudden influx of a feww extra million tourists etc and with the technology japan has.... the 2020 games is not beyond them.
