Says the billionaire who received tons of benefits from being an American citizen, yet didn't want to give anything back when his once-in-a-lifetime payday arrived.

Personally I will avoid any service this individual is affiliated with, and I hope he is not allowed to travel to the U.S. in the future.

So, first and foremost he is a Brazilian citizen. Yes, he lived in US for a period and became a citizen(or greencard holder). So did he somehow become US chattel? Oh, the nerve of his leaving the plantation! Though plantation slavery was abolished by the 13th amendment, " Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." Apparently a new slavery was established by the 16th!

The money-grubbers are just irked that this Golden Goose escaped the tax farm.

The wikipedia page about Saverin includes relevant information such as his place of birth(Brazil), education history, and why his family emigrated to US, but apparently that includes "potentially offensive" something or other.

He's been unjustly vilified in the media.

Peter, I feel your pain!

" Says the billionaire who received tons of benefits from being an American citizen, yet didn't want to give anything back…"

So, in the decade or so he lived in US, getting education paid for by his family, he received "tons" of benefits? Really? Did he somehow become an indentured servant as well? The redistributionists are livid.

I find that when entrepreneurs talk about "Asia" as "being the place to be", they almost never mean Japan.
