how stupid. I will just buy the $200 ticket and buy myself something nice with the $500 saved, the doof that paid $700 can get his free travel pillow and granola bar and feel good about spending his company's money in such a foolish fashion. In other words there will still be people with more money than brains.

frankly all of the US airlines have S**T for service and crap for food. Why do you think they call it an Airbus? at least on a bus you can get off in one or two blocks it the idiot next to you is fat, ugly or stinks or all of the above. or you can at least move to another seat. not on an airplane you are stuck with what you got and now they want to act like they are rewarding someone? They are all selfish cheats and I hope they go broke.

From what I've heard about Delta, I wouldn't fly with them if they paid me to do so...

Their mileage program is already the pits, nearly impossible to redeem points. How can it get any worse? Star Alliance all the way!

**Although I have differences with Delta Airlines from time to time, I must admit they do take care of their customers. When comparing to other US carriers Delta offers more for less. As a multimillion mile NWA (now Delta) Sky Miles member, I too am less than ecstatic with the new rules but understand money has it’s privileges and that will never change!

Time to join Alaska Air lines frequent flyer and when I fly with a partner, I will credit it to Alaska Airlines. Delta has not lived up to my expectations.

Delta Skymiles is a joke. Star Alliance will get u anywhere in Asia for 20000 pts, meanwhile I have 40000 with Delta and it's barely enough to fly within Japan.
