Another hospital bombing ?

Horrific.

No, it's another hospital bombing in Syria. The only comparison with Iraq would be the military quagmire. The Russian quagmire.

How's that "victory" working out for ya?

Remember when NATO was rightly criticized for bombing an Afghan hospital?

NATO doesn't fly in Aleppo though, so it's somebody else this time.

Someone once said:

"Every single human deserves a fair and just trial."

Doesn't that not extend to rebels and civilians?

Assad is secure

Yes, that's what you're now calling a "victory" . A far cry from "Assad has won" , but then again you have no credibility whatsoever on this miserable conflict.

If we're to define what your "victory" is, it means keeping Assad in power to assure a presence for Russia 's rusty naval fleet on the Med. The Syrian's that happens to live on this territory can burn to the last baby as long as this goal is achieved.

Sure, in the short-term you can screech patriotic Russian songs at the top of your voice, but even the Americans, with all their meddling never conducted themselves in such a despicable manner. The blowback is assured, just years down the line. Enjoy your Quagmire supporting the Assad dictstorship. This is exactly what destroyed your beloved Soviet Union in the first place....
