I'm still astonished, what with all the political purges Little Fat Boy has done, that some of his own generals haven't whacked him.

"Washington, Seoul and Tokyo all insist Pyongyang must first take some tangible steps towards denuclearisation."and on it goes, it's like a school yard scrap, he must apologize first. China has made the move, it recognizes that the sanctions are a waste of time, the only resolve is to sit round a table and talk, for however long. The last talks took seven years and did achieve a result regarding North Koreas nuclear ambitions and normalisation of ties between the US and Japan. It was only condemnation by the UN security councils president of a failed North Korean satellite in 2009 that North Korea resumed its nuclear program and expelled nuclear inspectors. So now its time to resume the talks without apportioning blame and start from scratch. China was right in saying that the ultimate end is something no one can bear and everyone loses.
