Ah ... communist china, where the citizens aren't even in control of their own bodies.

In Communist China, the first child is free. My Chinese friends tell me if couples want a second child, they have to pay for it (something like a birth tax). If they want a third, they must pay more money. And if they want more, the price keeps going up. So like the family above, they have to be rich to have so many kids. As for the one child policy ... "policy" is the key word as money enters the picture after the first baby.

Wealth is built in families. I see no problem with this family having 8 kids -but having 9 will break the 50/50 split they have now.
Why make Gov happy when all they want to do is make you unhappy?
