Some people will believe anything. Ugly ignorance strikes again.

I feel so sorry for those brave enough to go out and try to help children at risk of this horrible disease.

Again; What do you EXPECT in that part of the world.

That part of the world is going to be even more of a basket case when we no longer need their oil.

When will we learn to pull everyone out of that part of the world, use our domestic resources of cruse and let them fend for themselves.

In an unfortunate and unwise choice of strategy to locate Osama Bin Laden, information was gathered under the false front of an immunization program in Pakistan. In fact it yielded no information of value, but incurred a great and lasting cost on health care efforts in Pakistan and elsewhere, and unnecessarily put health workers lives at risk. Could it be that both Muslim terrorists and Muslim haters would prefer to see moderate peaceful thinkers of any religion killed? I would hope the answer is no, but then I cannot understand how such a misguided was formed.

Scary stuff, Craig. Thank for the info.

In that part of the world I expect human good to triumph, although the way will be hard and thorny. I expect that if anyone can deal with the problems of Islamic fundamentalism, the peoples and governments of Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, and other Islamic states in the area will gradually find the answer.

The U.S. didn't help the perception when they used healthcare workers to disguise real work looking for Bin Laden.
