They can always go BACK...they came illegally anyway.

How about relocating the migrants back to where they came from instead? If they refuse to identify from where they came, then permanent internment until they remember. Only persons who have applied for asylum and received acceptance before arriving in Europe should be admitted. If a hard line were taken they would stop coming but cowardice and incompetence of EU leadership has allowed the situation to get out of hand.

They have to arrive to apply, and wait for answer. Acceptance/rejection take times and the housing facilities are over-filled.

they would stop coming

No, because most of them flee to escape hell on earth. What would make you go back to Syria's war zone ? Many die in the sea with their babies. Many are sent back, and they try again. Or they die there.

We should shoot at the boats that arrive ?

You have to force relocate them if they don't follow the order. The refugees must abide by the law of country that they live currently.

If Trump is ever elected, I imagine that LOTS of Americans will be in those camps, seeking asylum.

Yeah, send them back to Syria! Who cares that there is a war, and that the country has been destroyed, and that civilians are being killed with impunity! No mercy. NO MERCY!
