I hope a President Trump works with Russia and Iran to help the Syrian government exterminate the radical Islamists. To do this he will have to ignore the advice of the people he is assembling, most of whom care little about the Syrian people as long as Russia and Iran lose.

The merciless onslaught on the hospitals continue. Those that aren't destroyed are virtually without medical facilities and residents are too scared to use them because they are being specifically targeted.

Barbaric. No wonder the Russians are pulling out of the ICC, they're fast becoming a pariah state.

The merciless onslaught on the hospitals continue.

The merciless onslaught of Western lies continues. And when asked to give some proof of their claims, NATO propagandists go silent or throw tantrums, just like State Department spokesomething Kirby did when asked by a RT correspondent. I never thought that a whole admiral could be so hysterical.

No wonder the Russians are pulling out of the ICC

And the US refused the ICC jurisdiction from the very beginning. Another pariah state?

Yes, you poor little victims of a Western conspiracy to report on Russian war crimes. This truly is the "post-truth" era.

It hurts when you see that nobody believe your baseless stories about "Russian crimes", eh?

This truly is the "post-truth" era.

You guys intend to dismantle your Ministry of Truth (Orwell, "1984")? Good!

Oh, I'm impressed, you know about Orwell. Then good luck with dismantling the Ministry of Truth! You absolutely need this.

And don't worry about roubles. Worry about pounds, sterling pounds. I've heard that the Royal Navy would loose all its anti-ship missiles in several years. Nelson and Bitty are spinning in their graves.

Actually Flynn (Incoming Head of National Security) has been quoted as saying that the US needs to work with Russia in Syria and that the world is better off with Assad staying.

I hope they can work together too. But I hope it's not a pact for who they can destroy but for something they can build. Thousands of miles away, it's easy to see who the bad guys are. Up closer, we might find that the 'radical Islamist' is someone's uncle who only joined the nutcases in order to save his shop and carry on feeding his children.

Perhaps I'm weird, but I find the images of destroyed towns and cities more depressing than the images of dead people. People worked hard to build those places. Life becomes pointless when what we create is so easily destroyed.

Bombing really sucks.

The difference is that Assad doesn't care.

Ask yourself: why would Assad care about what happens to these people?

And there's the answer.

Nobody's even defending that Assad even cares anymore.
