The Battle of Aleppo lasted 53 months, from July 2012 to December 2016. The last Syria-Russia offensive in Aleppo began in June 2016 and lasted 7 months:

Anyways, we finally have some data.
https://airwars.org/
Amnesty International, which will release a report on the civilian toll of US strikes this month, has tallied at least 300 [NATO] deaths “and the real figure is likely at least twice that.” However, the rate of killing was not comparable with attacks by Syria-Russian planes, which dwarf the death toll from any of the outside parties to the conflict.
The Violations Documentation Centre said just more than 147,000 civilians had been killed between the start of the war in 2011 and October 2016. It only attributes deaths with clear evidence so not all are accounted for, but its records hold the Syrian government and affiliated militia responsible for 92,000 civilian deaths, Russian forces for 3,412, Syrian opposition fighters, excluding Isis, for 2,470, and Isis for 3,078. It attributes 768 to the international coalition.
Just from the last year alone:

2016 -- Syria + Russia airstrikes = Aleppo civilians
Jan -- 42 + 241 = 283
Feb -- 42 + 217 = 259
Mar -- 47 + 34 = 81
Apr -- 250 + 122 = 372
May -- 205 + 46 = 251
Jun -- 385 + 90 = 475
Jul -- 560 + 226 = 786
Aug -- 311 + 115 = 426
Sep -- 101 + 532 = 633
Oct -- 406 + 133 = 539
Nov -- 579 + 243 = 822
Total Aleppo civilians = 4927
If anybody has more data, feel free to share the data

The same way the NATO coalition casualty reports don't separate US forces from Iraqi forces to British forces from French forces, etc. Because they're closely working together, so it's almost impossible to separate whose intelligence targets, who's calling the strikes, etc. - so they're responsible for each other.
Anyways, this report does try to separate Syrian from Russian air strikes when they can:
"2016 -- Syria + Russia airstrikes = Aleppo civilians"
At least you're acknowledging that Syrian forces can be indiscriminate, whether by limitation or by intention
Though since Syria gets their arms from Russia, dunno why Russia wouldn't provide them with better equipment. Or maybe Assad doesn't think it's worth it to save more civilian lives
If you can find that data, feel free to share; I'd like to see it too
I don't want to be the only one here trying to mine for data
Until then, we don't have that data, and thus we can't make an inference
Since you posit that hypothesis, I'm hoping you're looking for it
I'm looking for that too, but the Mosul offensive only just started a couple months ago. Notice it took me awhile to get that Aleppo one
