I love that photo - Trump's checking to see who his wife is voting for.

For federal elections, there should be consistent federal standards for poll hours, id requirements, early voting options, etc. States can make their own rules for their own elections, but federal elections should be the same everywhere in the country.

SOme people were expecting legal challenges to voting and results. Wow. If this thing in Nevada is the best they can do, then America will be just fine.

To say that mistakes and wrongheaded strategies are unusual for the Trump campaign and the GOP would be ridiculous. But I would think that the lawyers filing this suit in Nevada could have made something stick. Anything. But nope. The whole thing was thrown out. Rules and standard practices were followed. Privacy was maintained. The ballots will not be reserved or destroyed. Total win for election fairness. Total fail for the GOP.

This suit was prepared with much information and preparation. And that was the best the GOP hired guns could do. Sad!

Based on US election system in which the States are considered independent within the Federation, that would probably be unconstitutional.

Trump's frivolous lawsuit was complaining about late early voting being allowed - what?!

Photo shows an elderly fellow seeking guidance from his granddaughter on how to vote.

I agree. The power to regulate Congressional elections is divided in the Constitution between the respective legislative branches of the states and the federal government,
