The lid is about to fly off the poubelle again....

The police nationale in the inner cities are just thugs with uniforms and guns. Yesterday one of the lawyers for the accused coppers stood up in court and said the truncheon simply "accidently" slipped into the victims anus.

Time and time again the police are above the law.

Oh, I wonder why France is such a target for homegrown terrorism. Do the math. If you terrorise and abuse the children of immigrants, they have no love lost when they are recruited by the terrorist groups.

identified by his first name, Theo,

You can publish it. Théo L. tweeted and identified himself to media. But that's not the point. An information you avoided is that Théo is black. And the cops called him n... and wh... using colorful vocabulary in local linguo. And the police union infuriated everybody be saying that such insults are the normal language of cops, something like tough love or a way to talk to youth using the same slang.

police officers had to intervene to rescue a young child

Latest information is they did not intervene and even targetted the people that tried to go save the kids with gas bombs. The police go in riot areas as if that was a battle field.

A policeman has been placed under formal investigation

In clear : he is not arrested. (While rioters are in jail;)

Time and time again the police are above the law.

That's going to change as last week the law was corrected. Now the French cops get the same 'licence to kill' as US buddies, they have right to self defence if they feel threatened (which is a permanent state for paranoiacs).

If you terrorise and abuse the children of immigrants,

... they become cops 5 yrs later.
