If Russia would take out the CIA terror training camps and cut off the CIA supply routes, that would go a long way to strangling the terror war and instilling panic. Once the rout begins, it will build on itself.

If . but who dares to do so ? 60 countries are participating against ISIS , I mean if they are sending some of the prisoner will be executed anyway tied with a barrel bomb it will be a lot cheaper and will hit the target effectively

Russian warplanes will destroy the command and control component of the war against Assad. This will leave the various anti-Assad brigades without leadership or the ability to coordinate the various forces of various names. Next, the Syrian, Iranian and Lebanese (Hezbollah) ground troops will go after the Saudi and U.S. trained scum (of various names) who will be without direction or intelligence, aided by Russian air support. It will be quick.

All this over oil gas pipelines. I'm sure the petrodollar psychopaths are pounding their fists between large bites of Lobster and porterhouse steak.

@marcelito"One wonders why"

Now everyone knows all answers. Even Obama is angered by Russian bombings of those 'good, moderate rebels'. Western politicians wished to remove Assad and create another one chaotic hellhole in Syria. To reach the goal, various 'rebels' including ISIS were and are tools in dirty hands of westerners. That is why poor hostages had no any real chance to be rescued from brutal execution of ISIS thugs. And that is why all those 'air strikes' of Coalition were useless. Once again we can see an ugly mug of western hypocrisy.

"CIA terror training camps"

Maybe more like anti-fascist Assad camps.

"Russian bombing seems to have done more damage in 3 days than the western coalition in 3 months."

Because Russians couldn't care less about civilian casualties.

"Once again we can see an ugly mug of western hypocrisy."

Replaced by ugly eastern hypocrisy

@paulinusa"Because Russians couldn't care less about civilian casualties."

Which exactly 'civilians' we are talking about right now? Perhaps, those armed persons who used to cut throats of hostages 'in the name of Allah', filming it for YT ? As for 'accuracy of airstrikes'...the US Air Forces have recently bombed an MSF hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan. Many innocent people, doctors and their patients, were killed. So, who cares less about civilian casualties ?

Lets remember that both Russia and China gave their veto 4 times at the security council when this all began with Syria effectively blocking any effort for a diplomatic or armed resolution to this conflict since 2011. Lets just be clear.

Ref: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/may/22/russia-china-veto-un-draft-resolution-refer-syria-international-criminal-court (Lots more links available)

This being known, anyone supporting Russian actions in Syria, have a serious information issue. In fact Syria and Russia, as well as others not mentioned can be said to be directly responsible for the mass atrocities going on in Syria right this very moment.

Friends, never be deceived by rhetoric.

However, what must be done? frankly put, and immediately,

-A safe zone with in Syria for all refugees, and or displaced by the conflict, with A U.N. military defense of it in place with safe passage and amnesty for all western backed rebels, given they lay down arms, and give proof of their allegiance to cause. (this first part may well already be established but the safe passage clause i think is a new one.

-An international effort to remove all terrorist elements out of Syria. Syria, U.S. G.B, Russia, Iran, Turkey, Jordan, etc.

By this I mean a coordinated effort, not the mess we have now.

-Re-establishment of Syrian borders. first by U.N. troops, then by a firm Syrian police force, way later down the road.

-A firm reinforced democratically established government, to the point of being able to police all provinces with in Syria.

-After all of the points mentioned have been put in place, then, and only then, the Assad Government should be brought to task over their war crimes. **

How does this happen?

Here's the 'WTH?' Moment,

Nothing is stopping any party from beginning this action. All the ground framework is already in place . They could begin this at any time.

Lets just hoe our leaders start exercising their statecraft skills before its too late

This. Russia is intent on taking out these various IS and 'moderate rebels' outposts and sites. This has been far more effective than any of the coalition and its 'operations' and will continue to build up in eradicating these U.S. backed terror groups. What a slap in the face for the U.S. LOL

Replaced by ugly eastern hypocrisy

Nope, it's western, read U.S. hypocrisy as the sponsor of CIA backed terrorism. It's no surprise since the U.S.A. is known worldwide as a war-mongering country that conducts false flag operations, installs puppet regimes, and trains terrorists, all to advance its interests, corporate or otherwise. No wonder it's despised around the world. No amount of red, white and blue flag-waving American jingoism can cover that fact, paulinusa. Deal with it.

One wonders why.

It's quite simple. The US and NATO group has to handle things with kid gloves because every single time, there are civilian casualties and unnecessary collateral damage, everyone says how bad and terrible it is. But if Russia or China does it, because they really don't have to worry much (and don't really have to care...) about other countries perception of them. If the US took the kid gloves off, and tossed the Geneva convention out the window, we wouldn't be hearing about anything right now.

As I've said before, its going to take western countries a lot to reach the end of their tolerance rope and just obliterate the problem child.

@HonestDictator"The US and NATO has to handle things with kid gloves because every single time, there are civilian casualties"

Please, Google 'NATO strike kills civilians' and see results. You will be surprised.

I've had it with the hypocrisy and manipulations of the US and western Europe govts and the propaganda of CNN, BBC, etc. Im all for Russia's intervention and the saving of the Assad govt. And the more "moderate syrian" militias (yeah, right) who get taken out along with the ISIS psychopaths the better. Go get em, Russia, and good hunting!

-1 ( +6 / -7 )

"Russia’s air raids have killed 39 civilians over the three past days."

Outrageous!

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

yamashi

If US Air Force bombed and killed patients and doctors at hospital, it is the war crime according Geneva convention. In Afghan, U.S. Has already bombed wedding ceremony. US drones have killed Yemen, Pakistan and Afghanistan kids on play grounds too.

U.S. Has no moral ground for lecturing Russia. Pot called Kettle brown. Both have innocent blood in their hands.

Both US and Russia failed in Afghanistan. If they fail again in Syria, Middle East will become IS caliphate. Oil price will be sky rocketed.

-1 ( +3 / -4 )

If Russia is so concerned how come she refuses aid to Syrian's felling the conflict?

0 ( +3 / -3 )

That's also a CIA plot, Madverts. ;)

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Good. Only a few days of Russian airstrikes already caused so much damaged against these Islamic militants, compared to months of US airstrikes. It makes you wonder......

2 ( +2 / -0 )

How many refugees, Bush? Russia is an ally so I'm sure the number is significant.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

@Superlib "Russia is an ally so I'm sure the number is significant".

Apples to Oranges, Superlib. Russians can bomb terrorists in Syria but it doesn't mean Russians must host people from Pakistan, Sudan etc who claim themselves as 'Syrian Refugees'.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

...and what about the legitimate refugees? No help for them either?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Of course not. You can't be helping people who deserve it if there is even a remote chance you may accidentally help someone who doesn't. What would Jesus think?

marcelito:

" Russian bombing seems to have done more damage in 3 days than the western coalition in 3 months. One wonders why. Gotta love the " moderate rebel groups " with names like " Islam army",.. they sure sound real reliance / west friendly "allies". "

Love the dripping sarcasm. Yes, the West has seen these "allies" in action in Bengazi, when they burned down the US embassy. But no, Obama, MacCain et al are just so sure that the likes of Al Nusra are "vetted rebels" and will proceed to install a liberal democracy in Syria if they come to power. It is truly bizarre.

In Iraq, Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi told reporters that Baghdad welcomes the idea of Russian warplanes attacking IS in Iraq as well.

Russian Air Forces are becoming popular in Middle East...
