War crime.

The US, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iran, Hezbollah, ISIS, and who knows how many others: not one trustworthy source of information among them. Not one good guy among them.

And Trump, RExxon T. and the US ruling class Republicans want to continue to put the emphasis on MORE OIL - and BIGGER MILITARY to go take it from nations that have it - instead of working to find energy alternatives.

What nation at any time in history has been made great by going back to a mythical past?

@rbBush with multiple reports from returning US pilots

I just did a quick search trying to find one of these 'reports'. Granted, it was not thorough. Perhaps you can provide a link. Russia Today, any of Putin's 'anti-Anglo Saxon' sources would be fine.

He does want energy alternatives, I'm all for it and support it, but until then, we should get off of oil and especially mideast oil, but until another alternative energy source is developed what are we to do with the millions of cars, how will we make plastic, paint, tires, make up etc. all of these use oil as an ingredient. Until an alternate that is sustainable and can be used as a main source, we need to use what we have, I know liberals think we can use fig leaves to stuff in the gas tank or ride a bike even if your job is 43 km away from your home, but the reality is, we need oil and that's not going to change overnight. We have enough oil in the US we could extract and become totally independent from hostile nations that don't like us or do us harm, but the tree huggers don't want that and so the backstabbing relationship with the oil rich mideast nations continues. smh....

Besides the US, Russia and China, which nation has millions of cars as these have?

If less oil is burned, more petroleum can be used to make those things. Corn, soy, grass, agricultural waste can be used to make plastics.

I understand that and in the meantime, the people that are dependent of these jobs need to work, so we need to come up with other forms of alternative energy sources that should be developed within the private sector and slowly make the transition, I'm all for that.

Ahh, the truth arrow hits its mark once again.

Last time I checked, war was about breaking things and killing people. The things broken should harm the enemy or at least make them uncomfortable.

When did that change?

Trump did say he wants to scorched-earth ISIS and destroy the oil fields

He's doing what he said he's gonna do
