Gotta agree w/ the protesters. I absolutely detest this "traditional" torture killing of bulls.

I went to a bullfight once many years ago in Mexico City. It kind of reminded me of going to Wrigley Field and watching the Cubs play on a Sunday afternoon. There were children running around, bottles of various kinds of Mexican beer out of a tub of iced water for just 20 cents each, the cheering crowds and the colorful pageantry. That part was all pretty fun, but to watch the bulls get taken out one by one (some by a quick death and others not) first by horsemen sticking them with spears and then the matadors finishing the job with their Zorro-like swords and, finally, to see the dead bulls dragged out of the dusty arena by their horns chained to the back of a VW Beetle was rather sad.
Then again, a slaughter house must also be a sad place, but I'm not about to become a vegetarian just yet.
Being a meat-eater, is it fair for me to judge a culture even if I agree that this is a cruel form of entertainment?

Yes.
