We need to build a massive wall around the White House, and make sure no one gets out. So, we're going to build a 2,000-mile-long wall to keep intruders out, but can't even keep a guy with a backpack out of the most secure zone on the planet?

Sad. Thought he'd made a self citizen's arrest.

And Trump just made it easier for that person to get a gun.

“Secret Service did a fantastic job last night,”

Not really. With all the toys and personnel they had available it was no big deal. Trump should be asking how the guy got over the fence and into the grounds before being caught.

I agree Whitehouse needs new lwalls, It seems current walls are not equipped with security sensor alarm system.

A lot of us felt the same when Obama wanted to accept thousands of refugees, we thought they should all camp out on the WH lawn and have him take care of them all. Also, remember when Obama was president and that some loon tried to enter the WH in 2015 not once, but twice. So what about that secure zone again, I thought they fixed the problem.

And Trump just made it easier for that person to get a gun.

Yeah, but the secret service have more guns....a lot more.

The suspect, identified in court records as Jonathan T. Tran, 26, of California, told the agency's officers that he was there to see the President.

-Just another junkfood eating CaliLib with a cry for help. Hopefully he can get the help he needs and get back to engineering.

Troubled person gets into the White House.

Then tweets about it relentlessly.

That's bad? I think in both cases with Obama twice and with Trump the secret service really need to get on the ball before someone really gets hurt.

Grow up, badsey. Try just a little bit to not be a tool when commenting.

I think the majority of us would praise the arrest of the 'troubled person' in the White house too.

It's kind of interesting how we have all these distractions that seem to take away from the focus of all the questionable dealings of this current administration. Shiny things shiny things look over there, shiny things shiny things!

So did they send Hillary home after that?

0 ( +1 / -1 )

Sorry, but "the first known security breach at the White House since Trump took office nearly two months ago" was when Trump took office nearly two months ago..

"“It’s going to be straightened out fast,” Trump said."

Trump's applying the Heimlich Maneuver now.

His name is Jonathan-Tyrant, He will face Federal Court on Monday, today ...

Some nutcase jumps the WH fence, the intruder was apprehended, no one was hurt, and the usual suspects take to the internet to use this as another opportunity to personally attack Trump. SSDD. I understand that haters gotta hate. That's what they do, but this is getting ridiculous. Is it at all possible to discuss the actual story?
