And why the US can not bring to their senses its buddies Saudi Arabia and Qatar who give weapons to Daesh or other gangs? Why the US can not rein Turkey, a NATO member?

This is Turkey using the NATO umbrella to conduct genocide of the Kurdish people and Kerry says nothing because it does not interfere with the Saudi desire to remove Assad which the US is supporting and the UK taking its usual lapdog to the US line. Putin does not care either as he is supporting Assad, so as long as Turkey does not get in the way of that they are best buddies.

not completly but in part its mostly geo politics in order to block russia from expanding its influance and helping Saudi and Quatar intrests in order to sell their blood oil and gas to the west since their economy is drying up and the sheiks need their fancy cars and slaves,
