A wonderful gesture! I hope he also appoints people to oversee this project, as it would be easy to "misdirect" some of those funds.

So research is going into nanotechnology and nanomachines. Only way to actually "banish" all diseases. Presuming something doesn't go wrong with those little buggers. Like glitched software.
