I keep wondering how a person, under the influence of alcohol, inflict an injury of such accuracy degree (as in striking the face three times in succession) be potentially acquitted of his behavior? I pray for the speedy recovery of the Brazilian man victimized.

There's no such thing as "bad weather" condition…is your selection of items and/or attire.

Bach and Abe might display good intentions for the economic welfare of the Fukushima residenrs and adjacent municipalities, however Mori is racking in any, if not, most gain profits. The only true and genuine player here is Mrs. Koike. I pray all disaster zone areas are granted monetary contributions from the 2020 Olympics.

To me, its all honest fair trade, no monetary compensation required. One hand helping the other. But, of course, all governments must tax wages, so instead of viewing this as volunteering, the law smacks you with a convictive crime. Shame on you Mr. Japan Law Enforcement.

****Apple, Google and Coca-Cola are the most valuable brands as “their finances are strong, their brand is a powerful driver of choice and they are very strong compared to competitors,” Jez Frampton, Interbrand’s global chief executive officer, said.****

This is no brainer. All American pride brands and for the icing of the cake, complete monopoly on all market levels. They never allow competition to display their potential. Apple with their new generation market applications, sets old generation units to become absolete like-it-or-not. Google with their IP securty feaures, sets users to provide without question your up-close and personal contact(s) information, and Coca-Cola with their bubbly taste, sets consumers into dire health issues. Yes, their finances are strong, but we are to be blame for their fortunes.

It's intentioanlly offensive to say the least. If the chefs had the well intention, tehy could have easily place the extra wasabi on the side.

I can see them now, yapping,"..the Gaijins are coming!! The Gaijins are coming..!!" Mr. Abe, what difference does this really make when this society is surely heading to a brink of total decay and GOJ is in dire need of social service support. If someone possessing dual nationality credetials is more than capable in handling the job, then so be it.

****After seeing video footage of abuse on 15 occasions, the son reported the abuse to the home and filed a complaint with the police.**** 15 occasions meaning what exactly? 15 occurrences all in a "one night" shift? 15 repetative incidents on different days? 15 seems way overwhelming to then take corrective action with local authorities. What took the son so long?? I pray the elderly lady is safe and healthy.

Kind gesture to assist those in need, and I am all in. Yet I can't help asking myself, how is it possible for J-Gov to help others when they can't solve their own needs? I pray it all works out for both countries.

In the future, it would help having marathon organizers do a dry run inspection before the race and prevent these incidents from happening. I'm sure this is not an isolated case. I pray those injured will recover soon.

Once - shame on you. But twice - shame on Japan. This is the second offense of the perp...the law has to penalize his actions with monetary compensation to the victims. This will teach him a serious lesson.

Fukushima, as much as I truly regret saying it, most likely will be off-limits to all visitors during the 2020-TO. Only then the "lie" will show its true colors.
