U.S. needs this Japanese base to develop all kinds of subversion to eventually find a fingernail hold on "The South China Seas Oil Basin" the largest, the easiest to drill the cheapest to ship light sweet crude left in the world. USA does not want to burn this oil necessarily. They wish to enforce that it be sold in U.S. Fiat Funny Money currency, to "underwrite" that currency, while the Feds, the Banksters in New York fashion great schemes to live off of "The Skim" on these sales. Japan and its Japanese occupants are to the Aemricans, a sub human class. They will be sacrificed, their homeland destroyed, even contaminated with nukes, at no cost to the schemers in New York City. Chinese factories will pay "The Skim" on U.S. Dollar based Oil sales, with their lives, in horribly polluted factories producing "novelties" for the Americans.

TPP is no more that a scheme to tie many productive and resourceful countries to the U.S. Dollar even as it spirals out of control with almost criminal manipulations, like "Banks that are too big to fail" and quantitative easings to defend the U.S. corruption as theU.S. Fiat, faith /Fear based funny money is challenged by the Renminbi, a gold based currency and the Yuan on the world economic war board.

Does Japan want to play in this "Proxy War" between China and the U.S.A. for shares in "The South China Seas Oil Basin" riches?(Google this) The Americans feel,'better little yellow people died for this than White Americans". China knows full well that 'Japan is inhabited by inferior yellow people that deserve a secondary place on this earth'. Japan is now between the grinders and will not survive.

As Japan integrates towards Asian economies and migrates away from the dying U.S. "dollar", as America fades in the shadows of the newer multipolar Pan Asian 'situation', where even oil is sold in Yuan and rubles, no longer affected by the U.S.'s corruptly manipulated, fiat, funny money, fear/faith based, dollar, why would "advice" from these thieving pirates be even acknowledged? As was before and will be forever, The South China Seas Oil Basin, will serve Asia in Asian currencies, not as the U.S. Wishes, not in U.S. Dollars not underwriting U.S. Dollars, Not susceptible to the corrupt U.S. Financial Classes, not set up for the "skim" by the U.S. to finance its world wide warring. This is the 21st Century. Jaspan needs to extricate itself from 20th century U.S. Science(Fukoshima?) US monetary Policy (the Fed's, private, criminal banksters that print fiat U.S. money at will and to the detriment of all holders of U.S. Dollars) And engage in the new Asian reality, where the Russian Chinese axis holds a larger military force than all the U.S. Forces and more fair economic schemes than the privateer corpocracy/oligarchy that flies under the U.S. Flag today.

Does China , in fact, have safer reactors? Has China modernized the original LFTR reactors of Dr. Alvin Weinberg, U.S.A.? Does China and now Russia have gas moderated pebble bed reactors that leave little waste of a benign nature and produce heat levels more useful to industry? Has the American moratorium on nuclear technology forced Japan to seek other, better, suppliers of reactors?

A fading America shouts from the 20th century for a share in The South China seas Oil Basin. My question: Would China support a share of this regional national resource with Japan before they would allow it to be shipped to the U.S.A.? China recognizes the situation and wants a cut! even shit disturbs in the Iraqi oil Basin situation? http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/621191/Time-to-ACT-China-launches-WAR-on-ISIS-after-they-claim-to-have-executed-Chinese-hostage
Have world's geostrategies shifted by the pressure of the Chinese growth in the past thirty years? WWII long over now? What does Japan really owe to the U.S.a. in this new paradigm?

South China Seas Oil Basin - real reason for the Vietnam conflict was u.S. access off Vietnam's coast to this world Treasure of light sweet crude and natural gas. U.S. wants it sold denominated in U.S. Dollars, then they can manipulate their corrupt fiat currency to provide an easy "skim' off the top of other's efforts, just as they did in Las Vegas Gambling systems. Should this oil treasure be denominated and sold in an Asian currency, Asians would no doubt reap the full benefits of it?

U.S.A.? Think oil, think oil denominated in far over-manipulated (U.S. Financial Classes raison d'etre) U.S. fear/faith based, fiat "Funny Money" dollars. It is no secret that the reason for the failed Vietnam conflict was the off shore oil to be shipped to the U.S.A. for even less than the Saudis/OPEC could manage as Texas Oil went dry. Even today the anti-thesis to oil in the U.S.A., very cheap Chinese Solar Panels are sold in U.S.A. with huge tariffs attached(over 250%). All China Seas area from U.S. spy satellites reveals the largest oil field on earth! Many times greater than the Saudis ever had. U.S.A. is addicted to oil and cannot switch to "alternative fuels because "Big Oil" fights every attempt, even crippling nuclear sciences in the U.S., Proof: China's recent fast neutron successes in the face of 1955 U.S. nuclear technologies of doubtful performance?

Remember: oil and territory are the prize here, for either China or South Korea! P.S. Japan's American made reactor fiasco is still slowly unfolding. Energy crisis approaching for Japan? China has a Thorium LFTR solution, America cannot offer? Canadian CANDU? My Question: Will Putin's recent Petrol deal with China, which unites the Pan Asian Empire and deals in Chinese Yuan, not U.S.Dollars affect Japanese energy situation?

U.S. has forced this with its constant illegal, thieving, banksterism, financial manipulations in its own favour, its "Private", Secret membership, Feds money printing sprees, and downright dishonest business actions the world over. The U.S. has also mauled smaller countries and stolen their oil resources leaving behind ruinatious environmental destruction. U.S.A. once the pinnacle of industrial/military advances and a strong Middle Class to support their economy have sold out the stake of their working classes by investing the capital the middle class generated in foreign (China) countries . . .

Game Play: Will China allowing Shanghai Exchange buying and selling of Oil in Yuan, not U.S. Petro-dollars alter the Global Energy situation? Is this why: the U.S. thrust for Iranian oil at any cost, even weak and pretentious nuclear reasons? Is this why U.S. plays "Good Cop" and Israel plays "Bad Cop' in extorting Iran for its oil? On threat from Israel of nuclear extinction, without U.S. 'protection'? (Mobster style?) Under these strange circumstances, can Iran even sell oil to China? In Yuan? Very strange logic here, Nuttinyahoo threatens nukes on Iran's head, U.S. offers fiat, "Funny Money" for oil? Ayatollahs nod and smile, nod and smile? Last words on energy: Chinese Thorium? Japan also "Stuck in the middle' Between China that wants returns on its huge loans to U.S.A. and U.S.A. that desperately needs armaments contracts? Canada was forced to 'take it up the bum" by U.S.A. for F-35 fighters - even Canadian ground crews not allowed, by contract to service them - even on Canadian soil? F-35's designed to land on Air Craft Carriers - Canada has none! F-35's that cannot fly in the cold? Canada a frozen desert 8 months a year? Price over three decades? Over $42 Billions ! For F-35's that will be obsolete before they are delivered, at least a decade from now? MIG's from Russia, even Mirage from France, Swedish fighters or British fighters 1/3 the cost - no strings attached no 'Monkey Models" (check this American Military term) delivered? F-35's have whole sub assemblies subcontracted to Chinese factories? Canadian bought Hercules planes most certainly did! News story broke here last year. But: Canada still payed full U.S. prices? Who took the rake off on that deal? Beware Japan not all is as it appears? best bet: Build your own!

Canadian here. We have noticed a strange "pull-out" of American businesses from my province in particular (Ontario) recently. This is causing high concerns, even fears in the population and governments here. Stephan Harper the Prime Minister of all Canada has made huge efforts to compensate for a very critical loss of trade with the U.S. by travelling abroad seeking trade deals outside the U.S. in the larger, richer, Global Village. He has managed to make good deals with Malaysia, China, Europe, and others, but still not the equivalent to what is being lost in U.S. business. Canadians have also been "stung" with a bill for $42 Billions over the next three decades, for F-35 aircraft, that can land on Aircraft Carriers - we have none of these, and cannot fly in the cold - we have mostly this, 8 months a year we are a frozen desert! Even still: We are unable to defend our huge Natural Resource riches in our Far Northlands, because of the current conservative governments foolish obsession with pleasing the U.S.A., even sending our Canadian Forces in harms way on behalf of the U.S. Oil Barons interests in a pipeline through Afghanistan and the oil basin north of that country, and to Libya, another oil producer like Canada, and even seeking to break Syria in order to access the oil basin northeast of that country - very expensive acts for Canada's peons, all acts to lower World Oil prices, all contrary to Canada's interests as an oil seller? how does this reflect on the U.S. position on Japanese air-space, once firmly defended by the mighty U.S.A.? Even Canada has lost much of the once faithful support felt from south of our borders, and we are now getting a "mish-mash' or garbled message from there, much the same as you are getting? now the Quantitative Easings, or money printing there is ti be cut, will they survive or crash? Is that the question?

"It is imperative that no Eurasian challenger emerges, capable of dominating Eurasia and thus of also challenging America... In that context, how America 'manages' Eurasia is critical... the three grand imperatives of imperial geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to keep the barbarians from coming together.” - Zbigniew Brezinski, The Grand Chessboard Do we see here, the letting go of the Capitalist America of the greater, ASEAN situation? Does a loosely affiliated Eurasian Economic Alliance trump U.S. control, U.S. Dollars, u.S. Petro Dollars? Are we watching the retreat of the U.S.A. even as the Feds rob the national purses by printing "Funny Money" to keep up an illusion?

China wants more than just the interest and principle on loans it makes to the U.S.A. that buy foreign oil for its Military Machine and to pay its government. Now, possibly due to the Feds money printing and hence depreciation of the U.S. Dollars China holds, they want political concessions and they are getting them. China has lowered U.S. credit rating to AAA- recently. Cost of doing business? I think so.
