@sangetsu03 - good explanation - thanks. "The politicians run the government like a man using a credit card to pay for his expenses after losing his job. He pays for the things he needs with a credit card, then uses another credit card to pay the balance of the first, and when the second card hits it's charge limit, he charges the balance to a third card, and so on. In the meantime, charges and interest continue to rack up, and the debt grows ever larger. Eventually the limits will be reached on all of the cards, and there will be no way to move the balances around any more, and no way to pay for them."

“Japan is now heading toward war, blindly following the United States. The bills are against the constitution,” said 55-year-old Makiko Inui as she stood in the rain outside parliament.
“Prime Minister Abe is wrong in his way of trying to build peace. We must oust Abe or Japan could be destroyed.”

This was a very mild typhoon which only lasted about 6 hours here in Itoman (Okinawa).
Hardly any rain, mostly a bit of wind.
During the typhoon I could see people walking around and at lunch time the sun was shining.
