I'd say give them a break. Businesses run smoothly because deliveries are made on time, which allow businesses to meet deadlines for clients. Snow, rain, disasters, etc., they run, not walk, to deliver all the parcels and packages. All our Amazon.com and online shopping deliveries are done by these guys and we expect prompt delivery.
