No one in Japan wants your crap cars. exactly huge SUV are just not practical in Japanese cities/rds and America track record of smaller efficient reliable cars is average at best. European manufacturers do very well in Japan. Once again Trump doesnt know what hes talking about.

have a federation of states, it's probably not advisable to allow some states' views to become irrelevant. by doing so it is discriminating against urban voters, undemocratic and unconstitutional in many experts eyes.

I am glad there is no death penalty. That would be too easy an escape.
last execution in Australia took place in 1967, last state to abolish the death penalty was NSW in 1985. In 2010, Australias federal government passed legislation prohibiting the re-establishment of capital punishment by any state or territory.

Assuming a bilateral deal with the United States is on the cards, unless Japan is willing to eliminate tarriffs on nearly all agricultural goods a FTA with the US is only a dream for Japan

Ironically, I'm not sure if this is a joke or not. thats the thing with Trump , when hes serious his comments can be insulting to the point of hysterical. Then when he's joking hes insulting to the point of hysterical. Hes just one big ball of hysterical insults ( with an orange on top)

The US is just as protectionist. when it comes to auto manufacture no country gives more tax breaks, subsidies to this industry than the US. Just look at Tesla in Nevada, tax-free for ten years, saving about $1.2billion over 20yrs. Then you've got the GM Ford taxpayer bailouts about $80billion only of which 70billion was paid back. In April 2015 the Congressional Budget Office estimated that the program would end up costing the taxpayer about $14 billion. Nearly all new auto factories in the US are given huge tax-free incentives to setup in those states. For the US to point fingers at foreign manufacturers for unfair trade just make them look like hypocrites
Posted in: Protectionist policies such as the withdrawal from TPP and renegotiation of NAFTA will have a negative impact on the global economy including Japan's. These policies only enhance protectionist and populist movement spreading around the world, and could largely shake the free trade system that has supported global growth.

**it can reconfigure quickly and rebound. For any country to do so, it has to focus on itself first ** that was before Russia decided to use it military might to push back and China economic might to counter American influence in the Asia region. Make no mistake America wont be able to get its way as easily as it once did, and whether you love/hate China/Russia this is a good thing.

total BS, Japanese have only been around as a nationality for about 3000years, they derived their genetics from other Asian cultures which also trace back to Africa. 3000years is nowhere near long enough for the human body to evolve into a genetically different strain as this so called doctor is insinuating, personal opinions don't trump scientific evidence for which she has none.

evidence that the threat of new EU trade tariffs would not significantly damage investment in Britain. and wheres the money coming from? Ill tell you , higher taxes, lower welfare and healthcare for the average Joe. Manufacturing is dead in the UK. The EU is basically saying if you want to sell goods in the EU youll need to invest and manufacture in the EU

lets see him sign that order that makes Mexico pay for the wall and 45% tariffs on Chinese goods. trade war will cost far more American jobs than Trump could even hope to make

It happens in America also. Retired military generals, admirals and high officials get jobs at aircraft industries and other military industries if they break laws, they get arrested , huge fines and sent to prison if caught. in Japan it just a slap on the wrist, which is why the corruption doesn't decline.

Ummm... they just announced they are afraid they may have to become competitive if Britain won't make them an exception to their expected tariffs and other import/export laws, yet there still the most profitable auto company in the world, making 25% more than VW for the same number of vehicles manufactured. why would they be afraid of Trump . 70% of Toyotas sold in the US are made in the US.

Trump has played right into the hands of the Chinese, theyll most probably take the US position in any future Asian TPP, and US companies will be uncompetitive to the members of RCEP. It'll also give smaller countries more clout being a member of this group as the US will find it difficult to offer higher tariffs to any future bilateral FTA with those countries. The whole point of Trump leaving the TPP was to have more power over these smaller countries. RCEP will counter that.
well see if Trump can get those jobs back then LOL

inferior product while its certainly true for the Galaxy note 7 , the previous Notes were excellent. You can bet when Smasung release the next Note or similar itll be just as good as the previous if not better. A good kick in the guts does wonders for making companies leaner more efficient better products. Just look at Toyota and VW.
